Our Rehabilitation process is staged over a series of individual sessions. These sessions are comprised of:

—A discussion of the athlete’s mental and physical state concerning the injury.
—A breakdown of the sessions and realistic goal setting.
—A set of drills, physical movements, and strengthening exercises specific to the athlete’s sport and injury.
